Making Connections at IFT and Beyond
IFT – an event that TCG attends each year, including last week in Chicago – is the premier event for us to meet with all of our ingredient clients in one place at one time. It’s also a great way to visit potential new clients and meet candidates we have placed. It is so rewarding to put faces to names of people who have become good friends through purely phone/email conversations!
One of the reoccurring themes when talking about talent is that everyone is in need of good people – Sales, R&D, Marketing – you name it, and companies are in deep need. Organizations are becoming more and more interested in how to attract top talent, share their story, inspire people and be competitive in order to land the most sought after professionals.
