At 25 Years, TCG Has Only Just Begun

Twenty-five years! For those of you who are counting, that's the "silver" anniversary, and in March of 2021, The Carlisle Group celebrated amongst ourselves. Now we want to share our silver anniversary thoughts with you!

Of course, business anniversaries tend to be more significant to those who have achieved a new milestone than to anyone else (or so we have read), and that is probably even more inescapable in 2021 than in any other time in history. We live at a time measured by minutes, moments, likes and countless shallow assurances. In too many cases, gone are values that are time honored such as loyalty, integrity and trustworthiness. Yet, it doesn’t have to be that way.

March 11, 2021 marked 25 years for TCG, and that was the perfect day to embark on our journey of the next 25 years. We conscientiously decided that TCG was not going to rest on our laurels. We simplified our Vision/Mission statement to clarify our purpose and to be transparent with our clients. Our Mission/Vision statement is – We help clients identify, hire and retain better talent! Simple and maybe somewhat understated, but it gives us the impetus for everything we will do across our organization moving forward. We look forward to explaining to you individually what this simplified Mission/Vision statement will mean to you our customers in the coming years.

So, whether you are a new or long-time customer or one still contemplating choosing TCG for your next search, we warmly thank you for thinking about us! Our 25-year anniversary only tells the first half of our story. We are truly looking forward to the legacy that we create during the next 25 years of The Carlisle Group!
