Jonathan is a Registered Nurse with a BS in Nursing and 9 years of clinical experience. His varying scopes of practice include Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Operating Room (OR) and Cardio-Thoracic Intensive Care (CTICU) nurse. Through his experience, Jonathan has learned the roles and responsibilities needed to succeed such as time management, triage and collaboration. He understands that there is always room for improvement and has exemplified this through obtaining a certification in critical care nursing (CCRN) and climbing the clinical ladder as a charge nurse/preceptor. Jonathan's understanding of the medical field is only surpassed by his diligence and work ethic as a specialist in healthcare recruiting. He works tirelessly with FQHCs in the eastern states to better serve their facilities with their staffing requirements.

Jonathan enjoys working with nonprofit organizations and recognizes that an FQHC's work and helping the underserved in the community is admirable. He enjoys finding talent to work in this environment because it transcends a paycheck. Therefore, Jonathan plays an integral part of identifying, credentialing and placing only the most exemplary employees. He does this by consistently looking towards the future of medicine.
