Shelly Wendeln, a graduate of Shippensburg University (BS Chemistry), is COO/Co-owner and member of the Senior Leadership Team at The Carlisle Group as well as CEO/President of a secondary business venture, SPAtacular Escapes.

Since TCG’s incorporation in 1997, Shelly has performed, coordinated, and helped to define every position and procedure in each of TCG’s respective functional areas: Recruitment, Internet Research, Marketing, Website Design, IT infrastructure/networking, Software Analysis, Operations, Human Resources, Accounting, Office Building Design/Layout, and overall Business Strategies.
