Ryley is thrilled to join the TCG team as Data Specialist. In this position, she is able to use her excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to assist in tackling the extensive database of industry specialists that TCG's Search Consultants have compiled over the past 25+ years. In doing so, she will help the SC's to connect the right candidates with the right organizations. 

 

With several years of experience in customer service, Ryley has managed other employees, used her inherent creativity to solve problems and introduce new ideas/products, and has been responsible for updating software, among other things.

 

An active volunteer, Ryley has been working with horses for many years; taking care of them, educating others about them, and assisting in Equine therapy. Because Ryley did her schooling at home, she has been afforded the great privilege and joy of traveling to many places such as Europe, Hawaii, Mexico and Africa.
