Our team has transitioned over 750 professionals within the industry from the plant to corporate level, and our consultative approach enables us to build a customized search solution for each of our clients' human capital needs.

Nathan began his career at TCG as a Project Assistant for Food & Beverage and was quickly promoted to his current position, proving to be an essential member of the team. In this role, he builds on the groundwork already laid to develop new business relationships for the team.

Along with his previous sales and service experience, Nathan continues to sharpen his recruitment consulting skills. In doing so, he's able to search out and maintain relationships with clients and demonstrate his passion for connecting companies with the best possible talent available while assisting candidates to reach their fullest potential.
