Our Story!

Founded in February 1996 as Management Recruiters of Carlisle, Inc., The Carlisle Group (TCG) launched its journey as a franchisee of the MRINetwork, one of the nation’s largest and most respected search firms.  Over the next 23 years, we rose to be ranked among the top 10 offices within their global network—earning awards, industry recognition, and establishing ourselves as subject matter experts (SMEs) on executive search, talent acquisition, and workforce strategy.

Internship Opportunities

As an Intern, you will be actively working with actual clients and candidates under the supervision of the CSO and Search Consultants. You will be involved in the recruitment process with candidates on various searches, get exposure to how we work with clients directly and sit in on various strategy meetings and presentations. You will learn how to populate and use a database to effectively plan and execute local, regional and national searches. Finally, we will teach you how to qualify candidates effectively, create and present executive summaries and prepare people to interview well with our clients.
